The FHB and How You Can Help
We are a group of parents who work closely with
the school to raise funds that will benefit our children's time at
Hatchford Brook. We welcome new and existing parents to help
organise our events throughout the year.
Examples of events include:
- Summer Fayre;
- Christmas Fayre;
- Discos;
- Movie Nights;
- Poster Competitions.
We are hoping to run these events with
your help on the day, before hand and after the events. We
welcome new ideas and any suggestions you may have on how we can
improve our fund-raising. Please let us know, via the school
office. Why not come along to our events and see what fun and
enjoyment you and the children have?
Meetings
The FHB meet at least once a month and organise events
throughout the term/year, raising funds for the school
with help from staff. This encourages the children and they feel
they have something to look forward to. We know that they love
the school discos! If you cannot
attend a meeting but can help at events, please let the school
office have your details and we will contact you as soon as
possible, alternatively email us at
office@hatchford-brook.solihull.sch.uk please mark FAO:
FHB. Every little helps! Examples of
support include:
- Help setting up at events;
- join in the discos;
- manning a stall;
- photocopying;
- designing posters/ leaflets/flyers;
- making home made cakes!
If you all could do a little. what a
